Jasmine currently works as a physiotherapist and exercise physiologist, and completed her Pilates training through the Pilates Institute of Queensland. In keeping with Joseph Pilates’ founding principles of control, posture, breathing, centring and flow; the basis of her training focused on injury specific rehabilitation and body awareness.
Spending her youth heavily involved in sports including netball, running, nippers, hockey, and swimming; health and fitness has always been an area of interest for Jasmine.
With a passion for reformer pilates, Jasmine enjoys developing new exercises and ideas to push her clients, however, is able to target specific muscle groups to encourage appropriate movement patterns in those with aches and pains.
Jasmine loves researching new Pilates movements to keep classes fresh and entertaining, and hopes you enjoy being apart of them just as much as she enjoys teaching them!
