Get Fit, Feel Healthier and Have Fun With Our SIX-WEEK Pilates Challenge!

The Pilates & Co “Do More Pilates” Six-Week Challenge is designed to get you into healthy habits. It involves three studio classes a week, weekly advice and support from our team, a meal plan and recipes for the duration of the challenge, online daily mat Pilates videos and a weekly mat flow class, a private Facebook Challenge Group, plus the fun of doing something within a group of people who are all looking to up their fitness game. We’ve added the option due to popularity of the Small Group Challenge which gives you 2 small group sessions per week at the same rate.

You’ll also be invited to Challenger only events - The Kick Off, Mid-Way Sweat Sesh and the Wrap Up Class.

Options for payment of the challenge are upfront of $360 or weekly direct debit of $65 p.w. plus your $25 registration fee.
