Free At-home Mat Stretch Class

This simple 8-minute stretch class is something you can do at home. It will help loosen muscles and stretch out your spine.

With everyone couped up at home - sometimes with kids getting cabin fever - we wanted to give you something short and simple to do which people of all ages can have a go at.

What you need:

  • a clear space with some room around you (loungerooms are good)

  • a mat or towel (because there’s a bit of kneeling involved

  • If you’re in hard floors, a face washer, small towel or piece of carpet OR if you’re on carpet, a plastic folder/pocket with a piece of paper in it. These are to do sliding stretches with and will make more sense when you watch the start of the video.
