It was through her own recovery that Jodie truly began to appreciate all of the benefits of Pilates. After herniating a disc in her back, she received physical therapy in the form of Pilates. Jodie was amazed by her quick recovery and transformation into a stronger and better functioning body. Pilates became an essential lifelong practice in maintaining balance and strength for her.

Passion: Jodie has a passion for movement, body/mind awareness, and helping others. It’s what led her to a career in Pilates

What to expect: Jodie teaches an athletic style Pilates class with a tendency for high repetition movements. Jodie likes helping others reach their personal goals of looking and feeling their best, whilst having loads of fun in the process.

Favourite exercise: The Swan on long box as “it’s the perfect remedy after a lengthy abdominal sequence.”
