A few days ago we told you that Pilates&Co. Online was coming. Well, now it is here!

Our first workouts are live online now, and it costs just $15 a week for studio members to bring all their favourite instructors into their home to keep fit.

OUR ONLINE MEMBERSHIPS INCLUDE:

  • Regular 20-40 minute Pilates-inspired classes, with the optional use of extra equipment if you have it.

  • Available for you to do whenever suits you (no set class times).

  • Your regular favourite Pilates & Co. instructors teaching you.

  • Unlimited access to workouts (do as many as you like a week).

  • All levels - beginner, intermediate + advanced.

  • Different types of workouts - you can choose classes based on what workouts you like. Classical Pilates, Stretch + Flow, Strength + Mobility, Pilates Burn and Pilates HIIT.

  • A private member Facebook group with regular updates from our studio team, and a way to keep in touch and still connect with the Pilates&Co. community.

  • Special discounted price for current studio members (25% off). Usually $20per week, but $15 per week for members.
