Top 10 Pilates Moves for Runners

PILATES & CO RUNNING SERIES

As the third instalment to our Running and Pilates Series, Dave Norman, Studio Owner, takes us through his top Pilates moves for Runners. Utilising a variety of Pilates equipment in the studio Dave focuses on working the body, specifically hips and spine, in all directions outside the one directional motion used for running. This helps balance and strengthen the body to reduce injury and burnout often seen with die hard runners.
