meeting at oasis on monday october 28 you will be introduced to your accomodation and crew. check in time is 2pm.
your experience will include the essence of both therapy fitness and pilates & co. with a strong focus on movements for your body, mind and self care, learning, recovery, relaxtion along with wholesome food in a delicious bali way.

Oasis is a purpose-built retreat centre located just an 8-minute walk from the beach. It was built in 2021 and is equipped with modern amenities, luxury rooms, a gorgeous pool, sauna, ice bath, gym, yoga shala, games, and much more.

Flights and Travel Insurance: All flights and travel insurance are excluded and It is your responsibility to check the Balinese requirements regarding visas, vaccines, passport validity ETC: Personal insurances are recommended for any other circumstance beyond our control.
Cancellation:
Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness reserves the right in cancelling retreats with less than 18 participants. Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any Retreat departure. Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness strongly recommends Travel Insurance is purchased as part of your holiday plans to cover any such cancellations.
Should Pilates and Co. and Therapy Fitness need to cancel the retreat due to minimum number not being met, retreaters will be fully refunded for the retreat payments they have made.
Should the Retreater cancel for whatever reason the 20% deposit and all progress payments are non-refundable but are transferable. Any additional costs incurred by the Retreater in this instance for but not limited to flights etc is the sole responsibility of the retreat client.
Menu: Menus are set by the Retreat organisers and venue and will meet any required dietary requirements. Menu is designed and facilitated on site by the venue for your 2 x main meals per day.
