This crew! What an awesome bunch of people we had join us for our Retreat on the weekend. Spicers Canopy the venue for a weekend of connection, movement and personal reflection. We also had loads of laughs and a few drinks. The perfect balance to reset and recharge 🙌 Thanks to everyone who joined us it was “next level” as quoted by @angela_grange_ The wheels are in motion for our next retreat. Who’s coming???? What rain? We escaped the GC to kick off our New Chapter retreat at Spicers Canopy on the Scenic Rim yesterday. We drove out of the torrential rain into a magical bubble of clear warm skies. Day 1 was full of connection, movement and indulging in some of the amazing Chef selection meals on offer. We couldn’t have hoped for a better group or a better start to the retreat. Let’s go day 2 💪
As a new Mum, I remember getting out of the house, interacting with other Mums and moving on a daily basis to be so good for my mental state. Helped in dealing with the challenges of bringing up a little one. I wish I had Mums & Bubs Reformer on offer for me back then. Sal. How cool to come in to the studio and work out on the reformer under the guidance of our qualified Instructors. Your Bub (up to crawling stage) can come on the outing and you can swap stories and workout with other Mums going through exactly what you are. Our Mums & Bubs class are on offer at both studios at the following times: Burleigh: 11.30am Monday 11.30am Thursday Bundall: 11.00am Wednesday Message us for more info.
