  • We have 14 per class + the teacher, 1.5 metres between participants for Group reformer classes. Late admittance is not allowed, 2mins late is too late.

  • A small towel and water bottle is encouraged to bring along with your compulsory socks.

  • Please do not attend classes if you’re feeling unwell. Remove yourself from class with 12 hours’ notice to avoid losing a class or book last minute if you are unsure of your schedule/health.

  • If you’ve reserved a class but cannot attend, please always cancel your booking as soon as possible. This allows time for the people waitlisted to be notified about a class availability.

PILATES & CO IS A CONTRACTED SERVICE PROVIDED FOR THE GOLD COAST CITY COUNCIL (GCCC) ACTIVE AND HEALTHY PROGRAM AND RUNS THE BELOW COMMUNITY CLASSES IN A RANGE OF OUTDOOR AND COMMUNITY CENTRES.

A&H PILATES IN THE PARK

MONDAY 9AM
ED HARDY PARK, MIAMI (NEXT TO NORTH BURLEIGH SURF CLUB) $5

Enjoy this unique blend of Pilates that will tone and strengthen your whole body with focus on full body movement but abs, butt and deep core – Pilates bootcamp style! Suitable for everyone young and old with options to suit all fitness levels and ages from absolute beginner to seasoned athletes! Parents/carers are welcome to bring along bubs or kids, if kept under their full supervision at all times

THURSDAY 9.15AM: HOTA PARKLANDS, SURFERS PARADISE (NEXT TO LAKE SIDE PLAYGROUND) $5

Designed for parents/carers with their little ones but not limited to parents (ie friends, grandparents welcome - Prams/babies are optionable). This dynamic session combines Pilates exercises and interactive actvites including walking (maybe jogging for some) to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, and promote family wellness. Celebrate the bond between parent/carer and child while enhancing fitness in our Pilates and fitness fusion class

FRIDAY 9.15AM: SOUTHPORT BROADWATER PARKLANDS, NORTHERN PAVILLION (WET WEATHER OPTION AVAILABLE IN PAVILION) $5

A&H MEN’S MOBILITY & STRENGTH

12NOON: PILATES & CO, 25 UPTON ST, BUNDALL
(INDOOR CLASS) $10

Are you frustrated by that bad back, sore hips and overall lack of mobility that is stopping you from doing the things you enjoy as you age? In this men’s only (suitable for mature age, senior and younger men) Pilates reformer and strength class, you will learn to improve your overall function, flexibility and longevity. The class will focus on spinal alignment, core strength and proper muscle engagement, which will help reduce back pain, support injury recovery, improve balance and just help you function well in everyday life.

THINGS TO REMEMBER ABOUT OUR CLASSES:

  • If you’re attending the class of a teacher, you’ve not practiced with, please arrive ten minutes early to introduce yourself and discuss any concerns.

  • Please reserve your classes ahead of time and pay for the class to avoid contactless payment.

  • Please bring your own mat and towel, sunscreen, hat and glasses.

  • Please do not attend classes if you’re feeling unwell.
