Teach With Us

BE A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Join a supportive team that values growth, connection, and exceptional teaching

Step One..

Before applying, we encourage all prospective teachers to experience our studios first, because finding the right fit matters for both of us. Take advantage of our Intro Offers across both our larger Reformer classes and Small Group Pilates sessions to truly get a feel for who we are, how we teach, and the community we’ve built.

‍ ‍We’d love for you to experience:‍ ‍

  • Our welcoming and supportive studio culture.

  • The energy and connection within our member community.

  • A variety of class styles and teaching approaches.

  • Different instructors across our team

Most importantly, we want you to make sure our values, teaching philosophy, and studio environment feel aligned with you.

We believe the best teachers are those who genuinely connect with the space, the people, and the experience and we can’t wait to welcome you in.

All intro offers can be organised via the Pilates&Co. APP.

Step Two..

Once you’ve experienced our studios and feel aligned with our community and values, the next step is to complete the application form below.

After submitting your application, David, who oversees our onboarding process, will be in touch if you’ve been successful in progressing to the next stage.

From there, we’ll organise a face-to-face meeting so we can get to know you better, chat about your experience, teaching style, and what you’re looking for in a studio environment. You’ll also be invited to teach a short 20–30 minute class so we can experience your energy, connection, and approach to teaching firsthand.

‍ ‍

We operate within a 6km teaching radius of our studios, allowing us to provide strong ongoing training, mentoring, and support to our team. As a result, over 90% of our instructors teach exclusively with us.

With 4 Gold Coast studios and 3 Sunshine Coast studios, teachers are generally expected to work across multiple locations depending on their home base.

Our instructors typically build towards a minimum of 8 classes per week, with opportunities to grow up to 25+ classes. Experience across group reformer, small group, and private sessions is highly valued, with further training provided where needed.

From here, if you are successful, you will be formally inducted into our onboarding process. This is designed to set you up for success from day one, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and fully equipped as you begin working with us.

Our onboarding process is structured to provide you with the tools, guidance, and clarity you need to integrate smoothly into our team and deliver at your best. You will be taken through all relevant systems, expectations, and practical steps to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.

If your application is successful, we will be in touch promptly to begin this process and guide you through each stage. If you are unsuccessful, we will communicate this clearly and respectfully, and where appropriate, provide feedback or advice to support your ongoing development and future opportunities.
