Look no further! Our Bring your bub’s along class is designed specifically for parents like you. Whether you’re a new parent or have a crawling-age baby that is happy to be in a play-pen, you and your little one are welcome to join us.

What to expect:

In our Bring your bub’s along class, we create a safe and comfortable environment for both parents and babies. While you engage in a rejuvenating Pilates workout, your baby will be happily situated in a playpen nearby. You can focus on your exercises and enjoy some “me time” knowing that your little one is within reach and content.

You can also join us for a delightful outdoor park class, where both parents and their precious little ones are warmly welcomed.

All classes are 50 minutes duration.
