During this 1 hour session we will outline a simple process that will help you identify personally meaningful goals, build a strategy to set these and equip you with the techniques to bring these to life. During this session we will not only cover goal setting strategies but how to incorporate breath-work, mindfulness, visualisation and gratitude.
