A Writing and Meditation Workshop with Natalie Sergi.
A night to indulge in meditation and self care. Natalie Sergi from Wellthy Mind (@wellthy.mind) will guide us through a workshop on how to be healthy, happy and wellthy through mediation and journalling.
With a focus on different areas of life including:
*Health/Wellness
*Family/Friends/Relationships
*Work
*Attitude/Behaviour
Natalie will talk about the significance of writing and journalling and lead into a mediation session with a grounding of the senses, body relaxation and final release.
