I was initially introduced to pilates when I was 16 as another form of training for my dancing. I fell in love with it as it was fantastic for keeping me balanced with my strength/ flexibility and injury free. After working professionally as a dancer for 4 years I decided to undertake my instructor course and have been teaching group, private, semi private classes for the last 15 years.
Having a dance background I love my classes to flow from one move into the next, building the movements as we go. I love attention to the finer details and how the smallest movements can give you the best burn.
Fav Exercises: side lying legs & scooters. Gotta work those glutes!
