Passion: My passion is for all forms of movement and activity. Whether that is reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, hiking or cycling. I love all movement that helps create an active and healthy life
My fav exercises: The ab series. Whether it’s chest lifting, piking or planking.
What to expect: After creating warmth in the muscles and a deep body connection you can expect lots of exciting full body flows that build intensity. I love to teach athletic style workouts that are accessible to all bodies of all abilities
