Coming from a dance background, Nicole’s love for movement began at a young age. Nicole began practising Pilates over 10 years ago as an escape from a busy corporate career and very quickly felt the benefits of a consistent Pilates practice in both body and mind.

Qualifications: Nicole is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, with a Diploma of Pilates (full comprehensive Studio, Reformer and Mat) from Pilates International Training Centre.
What you can expect: Nicole’s teaching style is challenging and dynamic but with a strong focus on form and alignment allowing her to cater to individual levels. Her background in dance and yoga comes through in her Pilates classes with an emphasis on flow, mind body connection and finding strength in mobility.
