Instructor methods
All of our studio instructors will use methods in which they may ‘assist’ or adjust a client’s Pilates poses or exercise form, and as such might make physical contact. This type of instruction is in place to ensure safer practice and limit of injury to clients while exercising and has been reduced in post Covid-19 social distancing world. By taking part in a class you acknowledge that you accept this method of instruction and take part in the class at your own risk.
Class scheduling, cancellations, and late terms
12 hours’ notice to cancel a class via the Pilates & Co booking system. For the safety and enjoyment of all participants and as studio policy since June 2020 (Covid re-opening) students will not be permitted to enter a class once the class has started. This is a strict policy, thanks for your understanding.
