Kathie is a mum of 4 (between the ages of 15 and 23) who has had a passion for Pilates since attending her first session at Pilates & Co over 8 years ago.
It helped her in so many ways that she has been a big advocate of the benefits of Pilates to all around her and now is excited to teach it as well.
Favourite Exercise: I always enjoy trying new movements, but I love strong upper body and arm exercises.
What to expect: A full-body workout, with some fun moves and challenges thrown in.
Passion: I believe we function at our best when we focus not just on the physical, but the mental, emotional, and spiritual sides of ourselves as well. I love to encourage people on any journey they are on - whether it be sharing ideas for delicious and nourishing food, chatting over a cup of coffee, encouraging the idea that movement is medicine, recognising what feels good for your soul and enjoying life.
