Membership Workouts
PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY
When signing up to one of our online memberships, you are agreeing to our payment and membership agreement. Fees for your membership will be debited on sign up and then as a monthly recurring payment until such time as the membership is cancelled by you online. Our Standard monthly memberships do not have a contract or lock-in period and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period. When cancelling your membership will run up until the day before the next payment was due and then access will be cancelled and no further payments will be taken. Please ensure when cancelling that you have received an email from us confirming cancellation. If not, please contact us by email to confirm your cancellation.
In the event that there is insufficient funds in your account or the nominated credit card is not working, we will attempt to withdraw the money three more times before cancelling your membership and access. You will receive emails each time and a reminder to update card details.
