Travel: Transport to and from are excluded.
Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your position on the retreat the following Terms & Conditions will apply:
All deposits and progress payments paid are non refundable but transferable if required.
EG: If you pay the 20% down payment and 40% second payment and wish to cancel you will unfortunately forfeit the payments unless you have someone to replace you to which you can transfer to their name..
Covid-19: Should Covid-19 restrictions based around social gatherings, food & beverage service or travel be in place, and the retreat not able to operate, the amount paid will be held as a credit towards a future Retreat within the next 12 months with no penalty applied.
Menu: Menus are set by the Retreat organisers and venue and will meet any required dietary requirements. Menu is designed and facilitated on site by the venue.
